How To Enter The Monthly Broodmare Auction:
• You must enter BEFORE 15th of each month
• There is NO LISTING FEE. Commission is payable on a successful sale only. (see COSTS TO SELL).
• You must register first- see HOW TO REGISTER
• Login on the HOME PAGE
• Under SALES AND AUCTIONS click on NEW AUCTION
• This page advises that your entry will need to be approved before it is activated for each months auction.
• Click on Continue (and enter auction)
• Fill in the boxes to enter your listing.
• Tip: Write your description on a WORD DOC page and spell check.
Then copy and paste.
• Select your country- This must be where the Mare Resides.
• Select the currency $NZ or $AUS
• Choose your start price. Start low so you can see where your mare’s value in the current market is. Minimum start price is $150.
• Select if you are registered for GST and the price will be PLUS GST.
If you are registered for GST please email your GST number to info@standardbredsonline.com.
• Upload a photo if you have one. Resize your photo first for WEB PAGES.
• Click on SEND.
• Your entry will go to us for approval and appear on the site at 3pm the 15th of the month you have entered.
It is a NO RESERVE AUCTION so it is YOUR responsibility to keep an eye on ALL activities during the auction.
Like any auction you can bid to reach your own reserve. You can buy back if your price is not met.
